Common
questions

When does a dedicated team make sense?

When you have continuing design or development work and can set priorities and review progress. For a fixed set of deliverables, a project with defined milestones may be more suitable.

Can we engage one person, and when can work start?

We discuss the skills and time needed, whether for one role or several. Start dates depend on availability, onboarding and access. These details are confirmed in the proposal.

Who directs and reviews the work?

We agree who sets priorities, assigns work, approves designs and reviews code. Your team can lead the roadmap while our project contact coordinates delivery. Working hours and meetings are agreed before onboarding.

Can the team use our tools and codebase?

Yes. We review your repositories, design tools, task tracking and environments, then agree access, documentation and review standards.

Can we change the team size or commitment?

Roles, time allocation and duration are set out in the agreement. Changes depend on availability and notice terms. We review upcoming needs with you before changing capacity.

How are cost, ownership and handover handled?

The agreement covers roles, time allocation, fees and responsibilities. It also specifies ownership and handover of code, designs, documentation and accounts when the engagement ends.
