The 5th Western Balkans Digital Summit was held on September 21–22, 2022 in Pristina, Kosovo — a high-profile regional event organised under the Berlin Process, bringing together government officials, EU representatives, ICT leaders, and over 291 participants from across the Western Balkans.
Vorbulla was tasked with building the official summit website: a comprehensive event platform that could handle everything from the full programme and speaker profiles to venue information, media, and live news — all under a tight deadline ahead of a regional event of this scale.
The Goal
- Build a complete event website befitting a regional EU-level summit
- Display a detailed timetable with sessions, times, and room allocations
- Showcase all speakers with photos, titles, and session assignments
- List sponsors and partners across multiple tiers
- Provide venue information, news updates, and media coverage
- Deliver a polished, fully responsive experience across all devices
Clean and functional
Vorbulla designed and developed the official digital platform for the 5th WB6 Digital Summit — a high-profile event attended by European Commissioners and regional heads of government. The platform featured a dual-tab programme timetable spanning Sessions and Side Events, with each entry displaying its time slot, venue, topic track, and speaker details. A dedicated Speakers section presented keynote speakers, moderators, and panelists with photos and biographies. Sponsors and Partners were organised across tiered categories, while a live News section delivered real-time updates throughout the summit.
