We're Hiring: Junior Graphic Designer (Full-Time)

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join Vorbulla and grow with our creative team while working on real, client-facing projects across branding, digital, and communication design. This role is ideal for a motivated designer at the beginning of their professional journey who is eager to learn, improve, and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment. At Vorbulla, you will support the design and execution of visual identities, marketing materials, and digital assets for clients across Switzerland, Germany, and the Balkans. You will work closely with senior designers, UI/UX designers, and developers, learning how strong concepts are built, refined, and delivered across different platforms.

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will contribute to a variety of design tasks, from creating layouts and visual assets to preparing design files for digital and print use. You will be guided by experienced team members and receive structured feedback to help you improve your skills in typography, composition, color usage, and brand consistency. This role offers a clear learning path, exposure to international projects, and the opportunity to gradually take on more responsibility as your skills grow.
